The questionnaire is a lengthy document, so before you begin, it is crucial to speak to one of our attorneys. Our consultations are free and can be in person or over the phone. Once the attorney has helped you decide if bankruptcy is a good option, our office will email you a packet of information, including steps to file. This email will have a link to the questionnaire for you to complete.
