Meet Our Staff: Sarah Blair, Legal Assistant
Upon entering the Sasser Law Firm office, you might smell the delicious aroma of coffee brewing thanks to our “Office Barista” and Legal Assistant, Sarah Blair. Sarah began working at the Sasser Law Firm in February 2011, along with her sister and our Receptionist and Office Manager, Hannah Noel. Sarah’s primary responsibility around the office is working with our Chapter 13 bankruptcy clients post-filing. After a client’s case has been filed with the Bankruptcy Court, Sarah works closely with our client and the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office, resolving any issues that might arise and keeping them aware of the status of their Chapter 13 case. Sarah also prepares clients for documentation and information needed for their 341 Meeting of Creditors or any other court hearing that might occur.
A Raleigh local, Sarah moved to downtown Raleigh with her husband Jason after they married in September 2011. Prior to working with the Sasser Law Firm, Sarah attended Belhaven College in Mississippi where she studied ballet and also held a variety of positions ranging from coffee barista to garden nursery manager. She enjoys painting, restoring furniture and spending time with her family and friends.
