Receptionist Team

Our committed receptionists provide much more than just phone answering and welcoming guests with a friendly smile. They also serve as versatile legal assistants, supporting various staff members and attorneys with on-the-spot tasks, filing, and scheduling.

Noelle

Noelle is often the one answering inquiries from our website and sending out the initial email after a consultation. She is also an all-around legal assistant.

Elsa

Elsa serves as the front receptionist, welcoming visitors as they arrive and acting as a versatile legal assistant. One of her thoughtful services includes processing the incoming mail from client creditors on their behalf.

Intake Team

After prospective clients consult with one of our attorneys, our Intake Team gathers and organizes all their information to facilitate their signing appointment. They collect these documents and communicate via our secure portal. One of the team members will review all the gathered information with the prospective client prior to scheduling the signing appointment with the attorney.

Alkelia

Alkelia is the paralegal working to build files and prepare clients for filing whose last names are from A-J

Tamyra

Tamyra is the paralegal working to build files and prepare clients for filing whose last names are from K-Z.

Chapter 7 & 13 post-filing Team

Once a client has filed their case, our legal assistants for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 collaborate closely with the attorneys and keep clients informed about the next steps for each case. They also collect any new or missing documents. Additionally, they serve as a valuable resource for general inquiries related to the process, payment status, and upcoming meetings.

Eleah

Eleah is our Chapter 13 legal assistant. She comes alongside Travis and Cort with all things related to serving our Chapter 13 clients.

Aaryn

Aaryn is our Chapter 13 legal assistant in training. She is working with Eleah to come alongside Travis and Cort in serving our Chapter 13 clients.

Ellie

Ellie is our Chapter 7 and 11 legal assistant. She comes alongside Philip with all things related to serving our Chapter 7 clients.

Office Managers

Joy manages the overall staff development, marketing, and accounting. She is Travis’s wife.

Katrina manages our part-time staff, oversees our front desk needs, and assists Joy with overall staff development. She is Cort’s wife.
